Reasons for counselling

At times, events and situations in life can arise and create problems that lead to increased stress and anxiety. Such situations can include anxiety, depression, relationship tension, job loss, grief, substance abuse, anger management and the need for greater communication skills.

At other times counselling can support goals of greater self-direction and self-understanding. This can be achieved through discovering how we as humans ‘work’ and how we can better manage our emotions, goals and behaviours.
